The friendship built during their ideal childhood tends to drift away due to lifestyle changes. It can also be about gaining a healthy relationship within the friendship as such. These different kinds of relationships help them grow emotionally strong.

Women were seen as a weaker sex, and secondary sex had been broken by women itself. The notion of living within a domestic household had been taken away, and the idea of a rigid professional life became their preference. The building of a career for themselves made them stronger and gave them confidence to face the world. It is said that women should not rely on men’s builds to make them financially stable. They have the full liberty to choose what they want to be.

Women, when taking care of their family and professional lives, tend to give less importance to themselves and their health. Physical and mental health play a significant role in women’s lives. It includes fitness, exercise, and regular, balanced diets as such. The right amount of sleep, good-quality food, and a peaceful environment are much needed for one’s healthy life, which should be practised by women too.
