What is Ketogenic diet?

The diet must be high in fat which is somewhat similar to Atkins. But there is greater emphasis on fats (The good fats).
Olive oil, nut oils, Ghee, Butter, coconut oil, grass fed beef, full fat cheese, eggs, seeds and non – starchy veggies.
You can also get a wide range of snacks that are meant for Keto followers. Fruits are restricted. You can consume low sugar fruits in a small quantity like berries, but you will have to forego them as these are all starchy and sweet fruits.
