The power of partnership is very important to maintain any relationship between any of them. The relation ship of husband and wife in our grandparent’s generation doesn’t have great expectations and standards for their spouse. Arrange marriage is the concept and belief of the Indian people to form a good husband and wife relationship. Love and compatability are the essential ingredient. In Indian society most of the relationships are not out of love it is because of the family and society.
Not all arrange marriages are failure. But in some relationship they sacrifice all their wishes and live a fake pretending life for children and family without love, compatability, peace. They doesn’t have point in living such life. In such cases mostly women are the one who tolerate, sacrifice, forgive and make themselves flexible to live in the place where there is no love for them.
Relationship is something which requires lot of understanding from both the sides. In the relationship between husband and wife not everything is equal.
There are variations in their roles. Relationship variations are there between the generations. We could find the difference between how the generations of our grandparent’s were and our parents. There is no explicit love within them, they were reluctant to do so.
Relationship involves honesty, trust, love, respect and open communications between partners. They have tolerance to bear with their companion and there is not much expectation all they want is love. But now-a-days as people are so materialistic, they have lot of expectation level to reach. They are prioritizing unnecessary standards in life from their partner’s side.
In this generation relationship possess more equal status that is a good part. But in older generation always the wife is always step below the husband. There are stereotypes followed by people as wife how much ever she talented she needs to be a step back of her husband. As a husband he should lead the life and this cause change in behaviour and in expressing their love and cause issues in relationship.
