The word “fitness” should be considered common to everyone rather than seen as a male activity. Being physically fit includes regular exercise and maintaining a balanced diet. Although fitness is a vital element of life, it is sadly only seen as an activity that is needed if one wants to be “beautiful”. This presupposition leads some women, especially housewives, to work to take good care of their household and family and completely ignore fitness in their daily routine. They should realize that fitness is not an extravagant act but rather a necessary one to perform regularly, which should be performed as regularly as taking a bath or brushing one’s teeth.

Maintaining a balanced diet requires a lot of self-control, which can be acquired with ease if one sets their goal with determination. Every individual is different both in appearance and attitude, so it is advisable and more effective if one consults their own nutritionist for maintaining a balanced diet instead of following a general balanced diet that is recommended by a friend or found on the internet. However, avoiding sugar and processed foods does show a remarkable difference, and it’s common for all body types. Through a balanced diet, women can attain more strength to work, as they will meet the nutrition needs of their bodies.

Exercising regularly will have a huge impact on one’s outer appearance while also triggering the internal organs of one’s body in a positive way. Exercises provide stamina and help in the process of activating our body. Alongside many of its physical benefits, exercise also helps keep the mind clear and fresh. This helps with living a healthy and organized lifestyle. A minimum of thirty minutes of exercise in the morning and evening is required to be fit. Scientists also claim that exercise is a form of stress buster and helps control other mental issues like depression and anxiety.

I believe that this blog acted as a motivation for women to add fitness as a necessary aspect to their lifestyle rather than mistaking it for something extravagant and thus ignoring it altogether.
