These are triggers that mess with your body’s metabolism as they are preserved and served in unnatural form.

2. Get your body moving

Exercise is a must, no matter what age you are at. Have you noticed that if you leave an item unused for long, it gets rusted or stops functioning? Similar is the case of our body. Exercise not only keeps your body fit but also uplifts your mood and keeps you active. Set aside at least 30 minutes every day to work out. Even short brisk walks every day will go a long way in helping you battle PCOD.

Alcohol, cigarettes and other drugs are a complete NO-NO if you want to kick PCOD off your life. Liver function plays an important role in the normal functioning of your entire body and can be disturbed due to these intoxicants. Not only will your ovaries thank you, so will the rest of your body! They are called intoxicants for a reason.

4. Ditch the Dairy!

This might come of a surprise to you, but dairy products cause inflammation which only triggers the growth of your cysts. However, you can be selective with your dairy products by choosing alternatives to the regulars such as toned milk, soy milk, tofu, etc.
